Touchscreen DIsplay + Passcode Protection

Passcode protection function for an electric scooter is a security feature that allows the owner to set a passcode to lock and unlock the scooter. This function prevents unauthorized access to the scooter and ensures that only the owner can use it. When the passcode protection is enabled, the user needs to enter the correct passcode to unlock the scooter. Once unlocked, the user can ride the Bugatti 10.0 Electric scooter, and when finished, they can lock it again by entering the passcode. This feature is essential in preventing theft and keeping the scooter safe.

The Bugatti 10″MAX Electric Scooter you have has 3 different speed modes. The Eco mode allows you to travel up to 15mph, while Comfort mode lets you reach up to 18mph. If you want to go faster, you can switch to Sport mode, which can take you up to 22mph

180 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS PRODUCT INCLUDES A 180 DAY LIMITED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS.

Defects to the motor, battery, motherboards, gyroscopic sensor, lights, controller are included with warranty.

THE CONDITIONS AND OUR RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Manufacturer’s warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser only. Manufacturer warranty applies to products purchased through an authorized Bugattiscooters retailer. The warranty period starts on date of purchase, not date of first use. Should a warranty claim be needed a copy of your receipt will be required to prove date of purchase.

► The warranty is not valid to products that have been subject to physical abuse, improper installation, modification or repair by unauthorized third party.
►It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace the product.
►It is not the responsibility of the manufacturer if the failure of the unit has resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly.

A WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ON OUR PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

►Over-charging or damages due to improperly maintaining lithium-ion battery installed in unit are not covered by the warranty.
►The warranty does not cover tires, charge ports and other parts, which are considered consumables, parts that break easily such as glass or plastic or defects based on normal wear and tear.
►There is no warranty obligation in the event of marginal differences compared to the target appearance and workmanship provided these have a negligible effect on the product’s fitness for use, in the event of damage caused by chemical or electrochemical effects, by water, moisture, debris or generally from abnormal conditions.
►Zippycycles reserves the right to exchange the product for a replacement product of equal or greater value if the product cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or at a reasonable cost. Products and/or parts that have been replaced or exchanged become property of zippycycles.
►Repairs or modifications performed without written consent from zippycycles void the warranty.
►Products equipped with additional parts or accessories that are not approved for zippycycles void the warranty.
►The use of any charger other than the charger included, or a charger for a different model, voids the warranty and is a serious fire hazard.
►Exposure to water, moisture, mud, dirt or debris, voids the warranty.
►Warranties that have been activated do not cause the warranty period to be extended, nor do they trigger a new warranty period. The warranty period for any replacement parts installed ends with the warranty period for the entire product.
►Claims for replacement due to damage caused to the outside of the product, provided there is no obligatory legal liability are excluded.

If you have purchased an extended warranty, you will need to contact the retailer it was purchased from for assistance
with the retailer and/or asset protection databases and will deny warranty claims if the receipt is invalid, cannot be verified, or if the item has been returned or exchanged.
